武 帝 祠 前   云  欲 散  ，   仙   人  掌    上    雨 初  晴   。

hé shān běi zhěn qín ɡuān xiǎn ，   yì shù xī lián hàn zhì pínɡ 。
河 山   北  枕   秦  关   险   ，   驿 树  西 连   汉  畤  平   。

jiè wèn lù bànɡ mínɡ lì kè ，   wú rú cǐ chù xué zhǎnɡ shēnɡ 。  
借  问  路 傍   名   利 客 ，   无 如 此 处  学  长    生    。

Lords of the capital, sharp, unearthly,

The Great Flower's three points pierce through heaven.

Clouds are parting above the Temple of the Warring Emperor,

Rain dries on the mountain, on the Giant's Palm.

Ranges and rivers are the strength of this western gate,

Whence roads and trails lead downward into China.
