First you need a scissors.The scissors is not too big or too small.And you need a nicking tool，now there are knife for paper-cut to sell.You also need a board to put under the paper when cut paper.

There are some auxiliary tool you may have:clip,glue,stapler,writting brush,paint.

Many peopel like use red paper for paper-cut.But you can choose peper you want.If you can not design pattern.You can download from web and than print it.And put pattern and paper overlap.Than use clip or stapler to fix them.
